Vanilla extract, rich in vanillin and extracted using CO2 distillation, is diluted 20% in sunflower oil.

*Since this is a diluted oil, there is no analysis chart.
*Vanilla extract extracted by CO2 distillation contains more vanillin (about 12%) than other vanilla extracts.
