Explanation of charges other than the product price

If you purchase more than 5,000 yen (excluding tax), shipping is free for one destination. *Excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa Prefecture, and remote islands.
Shipping to Hokkaido costs a total of 10,000 yen (excluding tax) or more, for delivery to Okinawa and remote islands the total is 20,000 yen Free shipping for purchases of (excluding tax) or more.

Wholesale members: 30,000 yen in total If you purchase more than (excluding tax) , shipping is free for one destination. *Excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa Prefecture, and remote islands.
Shipping to Hokkaido costs a total of 35,000 yen (excluding tax) or more, for delivery to Okinawa and remote islands the total is 50,000 yen Free shipping for purchases of (excluding tax) or more.

Depending on the payment method, you may be charged a bank transfer fee.

We use Shopify Payments Service.

Bank transfer

• Please note that bank transfer fees must be borne by the customer regardless of the purchase amount.
• In the case of bank transfer, the product will be shipped after the payment has been confirmed.

Please transfer the payment to our designated account within 7 days after receiving the order confirmation email.
If it will take more than a week to transfer the money, please let us know the date you plan to transfer the money.
Please note that if we do not receive any contact from you within the transfer due date and are unable to confirm your payment, your order will be cancelled.

Cash on delivery

Delivery will be made by our designated delivery company.

When you receive the product, please pay the product price, shipping fee, and cash on delivery fee to the delivery company in cash.

After your order is confirmed, we will ship the product as soon as it is ready to be shipped. Please pay the delivery driver in cash when you receive the product.
The total amount to be paid will be the sum of the product price, shipping fee, cash on delivery fee and 8% consumption tax.

Estimated delivery date

• Unless otherwise specified, your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days after your order is placed if you pay by credit card, or within 1-5 business days after we confirm receipt of your payment if you pay by bank transfer.
• For the fastest delivery, please place your order without specifying a delivery date.
• Please note that depending on the region, we may not be able to deliver on the date you request.
• We do not accept shipping outside of Japan. (Domestic Shipping Only)
• Please note that depending on the product, you may have to wait for it to arrive.
• We may not be able to deliver on your desired date due to regular holidays, consecutive holidays, New Year's holidays, and summer holidays.

Delivery time of the product

• Your order will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days of the order date (or the date of confirmation of payment in the case of bank transfer).
• You can also specify a delivery date and time. Please select it on the "Enter Delivery Settings" screen when placing your order. (However, you cannot select a date that is not displayed in the selection list.) If you do not specify a date, the earliest possible delivery date will be used.

Returns, exchanges, and return shipping fees

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective or faulty, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us at the contact details below within 7 days of delivery. Please send the defective product to us cash on delivery, and if we find it to be defective after we inspect it, we will immediately exchange it for a good product.

We will cover all shipping costs for exchanging defective products or products that were delivered incorrectly.

*Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

• Products that have been delivered more than one week ago
• Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
• Used products
• Items purchased by mistake
