Order for in-store pickup

The deadline for receipt is the end of the month following the month of ordering .
Please note that if the deadline passes, the shipping method will automatically be changed to cash on delivery .

Bank transfer

  • Please note that bank transfer fees must be borne by the customer regardless of the purchase amount.

If it will take more than a week to transfer the money, please let us know the date you plan to transfer the money.

Returns, exchanges, and return shipping fees

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective or faulty, or if you receive the wrong product, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of delivery. Please send the defective product to us cash on delivery, and if we find it to be defective after we inspect it, we will immediately exchange it for a good product.

We will cover all shipping costs for exchanging defective products or products that were delivered incorrectly.
